Resolution Calling and Giving Notice of a Special Election Recommendation: Adopt a resolution calling for and giving notice of a special election and consolidating the special election with the Statewide General Election on November 3, 2026, for the purpose of voting upon a measure to amend the Charter of the County of Los Angeles to establish a binding arbitration process to resolve disputes between the County and certain Certified Public Safety Employee Organizations as identified in the ordinance, and rescinding and replacing a prior resolution on the same matter adopted on March 17, 2026.
