44. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, Edward Larios Herrera v. Cynthia Alicia Dolson, et al. Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Edward Larios Herrera v. Cynthia Alicia Dolson, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24PSCV01977, in the amount of $200,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Sheriff's Department's budget. This lawsuit arises from alleged injuries Plaintiff sustained in a traffic collision involving a Sheriff's Department employee. (26-4578)
