Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association Represented Employees (Bargaining Units 850 and 851) and Related Salary and Fringe Benefit Changes for LACERA Non-Represented Employees Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) recommendation: Approve the successor Memoranda of Understandings (MOUs) between LACERA and Service Employee International Union 721 for Bargaining Unit 850 - LACERA Administrative, Technical, Clerical and Blue Collar Unit, and Bargaining Unit 851 - LACERA Supervisory Unit for a term ending December 31, 2028. Adopt an ordinance amending County Code, Title 6 - Salaries, applicable only to LACERA, to facilitate personnel administration within LACERA. Instruct the Auditor-Controller to make all payroll system changes necessary to implement the recommendations contained herein. ADOPT 4-VOTES (Relates to Agenda No. 63) (26-4608)
