12. 26-55680 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary documents including any amendments, with Enterprise FM Trust dba Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc., of St. Louis, MO, to lease vehicles for various Long Beach Police Department operations, on the same terms and conditions afforded to Sourcewell (Contract No. 030122-EFM), except as modified by mutual agreement of the City and Enterprise FM Trust dba Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc., in an annual contract amount of $245,000, inclusive of fees, plus all applicable taxes, with the option to renew as long as the Sourcewell contract is in effect, at the discretion of the City Manager.
