10.D. 2026/2027 CTFGP Grant Award
It is recommended that the City Council consider:
1. Accepting and appropriating grant funds and authorizing the City Manager, or
designee, to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the
Department of California Highway Patrol ("CHP") in the amount of $381,449.96 for
the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program ("CTFGP");
2. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to receive and
appropriate grant funds in Fiscal Year 2026-27, and execute an agreement, in a form
approved by the City Attorney, with the CHP in the amount of $381,449.96 for the
CTFGP; and
3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
