6. REQUEST APPROVAL FOR CHANGE ORDER TWO AND AN ANTICIPATED THIRD CHANGE ORDER TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH PALM ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE MOUNTAIN VIEW PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS PROJECT Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-130: (1) authorizing the Mayor to execute, on behalf of the City, change order number two to the Public Improvement Agreement with Palm Engineering Construction Company, Inc. for the installation of a concrete patio area with retaining walls and sidewalks as gathering space and potential rental event space area in the amount of $131,340; and (2) authorizing the Mayor to execute, on behalf of the City, a third change order to the Public Improvement Agreement with Palm Engineering Construction Company, Inc. in an maximum amount of $45,000 should additional funds be needed for maintenance access to the site.
