13. Staff recommends that the City Council award a Public
Works Agreement (PWA) to R.P. General Construction
Inc., in the amount of $608,616, for the proposed Apple
Street Improvements project; authorize the City Engineer to
execute Contract Change Orders up to the amount of
$200,000 as may be necessary; and authorize the City
Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all
City Council:
