26. Staff recommends that the City Council consider the appeal
of the tobacco retail license suspensions submitted by
BZBK LLC and adopt a resolution affirming the 30-day
suspension of Tobacco Retail License TRL-1277379 (Hype
Haven I, 3504 College Blvd) and the 30-day suspension of
Tobacco Retail License TRL-1277377 (Hype Haven II,
1405 S. El Camino Real).
