approving the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and
Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting Program (MMRP)
pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15070 and 15097 for the
proposed North River Road and Sleeping Indian Road
Drainage Improvement Project.
