6. Staff recommends that the City Council approve
Amendment 5 to the Property Use Agreement with Cause
of Christ for use of a portion of the John Landes
Community Center located at 2855 Cedar Road, extending
the term for three years, for use of a storage unit at the
property and for the purpose of providing community
outreach activities, as well as, family and youth related
services and activities to the community; and authorize the
City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all
supporting documents.
