(9)\n23-0106\nCD 14\nCategorical Exemption from the the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15332, Class 32 (Urban In-Fill Development), and related CEQA findings; report from the Los Angeles CIty Planning Commission (LACPC), and Appeals filed by 1) Coalition for Responsible Equitable Economic Development Los Angeles (CREED LA) (Representative: Aidan P.
