Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize\n$1,491,240 in Clean California Local Grant Program funding from the California\nDepartment of Transportation (Caltrans) into the PWA Enterprise Capital Grants, State\nGrant-Direct Revenue Account and appropriate the same amount into the Public\nWorks-Water Quality and Control, Improvements Other Than Building expenditure\naccount.
