18. ONE-YEAR EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH CIVIC SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR
CONTRACT PLANNER SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council
authorize the City Manager to execute a
one-year extension to the existing
agreement with Civic Solutions, Inc., in
a form approved by the City Attorney, for
the continued provision of contract
planning services, effective August 29,
2026, through August 28, 2027.
