E Consideration and possible action to waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1459 – An Ordinance adding Chapter 12.45 to the Bellflower Bellflower. CEQA: The Ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
