I Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File No. 752.1, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Michael Baker International to perform Phase II of the Caruthers Park Stormwater Capture and Infiltration System Assessment. CEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental assessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities). Recommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File No. 752.1, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2) Appropriate an additional $382,000 to Account No. 320-42054-6022 in Fiscal Year 2026 27 to support the cost of this agreement, bringing the total budget for this account to $632,000; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
