Second Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance Approving a Site-Specific Zoning Map Amendment Affecting Three Parcels Located at 11818–11828 183rd Street and 18305–18327 Arline Avenue to Facilitate a 22-Unit Residential Development, and Approval of Design Review — Recommendation: Adopt Ordinance No. 26-988, Amending Title 1 (General Provisions) of the Artesia Municipal Code To Add Chapter 8 Thereto and Establish Reasonable Accommodation Procedures Consistent With State and Federal Fair Housing Laws and Finding the Action Exempt From CEQA approving a Site- Specific Amendment to the Mixed-Use Overlay Zone (Mu-O) to Establish a Residential Density of 24 Dwelling Units per Acre for Property Located Within the Artesia Downtown Specific Plan and Identified as Assessor Parcel Numbers 7040-017-001, 7040-017-002, and 7040-017-008 by Adding Section 9-2.4807(c)(7) to Article 48 (Mixed-Use Overlay Zone) of Chapter 2 (Zoning) of Title 9 of the Artesia Municipal Code and Determining That the Ordinance Is Exempt From Further Environmental Review Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15183 and 15332.
