Second Reading and Consideration of Ordinances Regarding Design Review Process Amendments, R-1 Zone Modernization, Reasonable Accommodation Standards and Code Clean-Up — Recommendation: Adopt Ordinance No. 26-989, Amending Various Sections of Title 9 (Planning and Zoning) of the Artesia Municipal Code Relating To Streamlined Design Review Procedures, Fair Housing Consistency Revisions, Definitions Cleanup, R-1 Zone Modernization, and General Code Cleanup Amendments; And Determining That the Ordinance Is Exempt From the California Environmental Quality Act; — Adopt Ordinance No. 26-990, Amending Title 1 (General Provisions) of the Artesia Municipal Code To Add Chapter 8 Thereto and Establish Reasonable Accommodation Procedures Consistent With State and Federal Fair Housing Laws and Finding the Action Exempt From CEQA; — Find Ordinance No. 26-989 Exempt From CEQA Pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080.085; And — Find Ordinance No. 26-990 Exempt From CEQA Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(C)(2) and15060(C)(3).
