4.M. RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE FOR THE CALRECYCLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER RECYCLING GRANT — Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution authorizing the application and acceptance for the CalRecycle Beverage Container Recycling grant; 2) Authorize the City Manager to submit the application to CalRecycle; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the application and agreement; and, 4) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement and grant-related documents as necessary
