4.H. AGREEMENT WITH THE BUENA PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER (SRO) SERVICES FOR THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR — Recommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement with the Buena Park School District (BPSD) to provide School Resource Officer (SRO) services at Buena Park Middle School and Beatty Middle School for the 2026- 2027 school year; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement. VALLEY VIEW PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT FROM LINCOLN AVENUE TO ARTESIA BOULVEARD Cerritos for the Valley View Pavement Rehabilitation Project; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the contract and cooperative agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
