4.D. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RKA CONSULTING GROUP FOR THE VALLEY VIEW STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT — Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement No. 25-34 with RKA Consulting Group in the amount of $8,550; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the amendment.
