— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Change Order Nos. 1, 2, and 3 for the Project; 2) Accept the project as
complete and approve a final payment to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. in the amount of $41,549.80; and, 3)
Direct the Public Works Department to file a Notice of Completion.
