4. Amendment No.2 to Contract No.2023-111-CC with W.G. Zimmerman Engineering, Inc.,
for Traffic Services
The City Council will consider: (PW)
a. Approving Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 2023-111-CC with G. Zimmerman Engineering,
Inc., to provide traffic engineering and staff augmentation services for an additional one-year
term, for an amount not to exceed $170,000; and
b. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No.2 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
