Use of Funds for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 & 2026/2027 Measure A – Local Solutions Fund (LSF) Provided Directly from the County of Los Angeles, Contract Number: HI-25-024 Executed on December 23, 2025, with a Performance Period Ending on June 30, 2031 The City Council will consider: (PD) a. Authorizing utilization of $955,820 for 2025 - 2027 Measure A – Local Solutions Funds to fund projects that will address homelessness prevention, interim housing, supportive services, and outreach programs; b. Increasing the Fiscal Year 2026/27 revenue projection in Account Number 239-511 (Measure A -Police) to $955,820; c. Adjusting the following sub-accounts for Fiscal Year 2026/27 Measure A Police by appropriating $129,940 to Account Number 239-511-21-6682 (Measure A Police – Emergency Shelter), appropriating $20,000 to Account Number 239-511-21-6650 (Measure A Police – Interim Housing/Vouchers), appropriating $220,060 to Account Number 239-511-21-6681 (Measure A Police – Housing Navigator), appropriating $585,820 to Account Number 239-511-21-6676 (Measure A Police – Rental Assistance) totaling $955,820; d. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Measure A – Local Solutions Funds Contract Number: HI-25-024 Amendment No. 1; and e. Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents necessary to complete sub-agreements and purchases in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
