(30) 26-1062 CD 2 MOTION (NAZARIAN - HUTT) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, in an amount not to exceed $25,410,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition and improvement of a 145-space mobile home park located at 7560 Woodman Place in Council District Two (CD 2). Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on June 30, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $25,410,000 for the new construction of a 145-space mobile home park located at 7560 Woodman Place in Council District Two (CD 2).
