(23) 26-1045 CD 12 MOTION (LEE - RODRIGUEZ) relative to funding for the installation of street treatments including speed tables and T-curbs to reduce speeding and street takeovers, and improve safety in Council District Twelve (CD 12). Recommendations for Council action: 1. RESOLVE that a total of $205,000 in the Sunshine Canyon Community Amenities Trust Fund No. 699/14 be transferred and appropriated to a new Account in the Transportation Trust Fund No. 840/94 entitled "Sesnon East Speed Reduction Project" for the installation of street treatments including speed tables and T-curbs to reduce speeding and street takeovers, and improve safety in CD 12. 2. AUTHORIZE the Controller to transfer the remaining Cash Balance of City Planning's Granada Hills - Knollwood District Plan Fund No. 486/68 to the account in the Transportation Trust Fund No. 840-94 entitled "Sesnon East Speed Reduction Project." 3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk and Controller to make any technical corrections or clarifications as necessary to the above fund transfer instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
