(38) 24-2000-S4 RULES, ELECTIONS AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to establishing a new Ad Hoc Committee on Charter Review. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Harris- Dawson – Blumenfield): 1. CREATE an Ad Hoc Committee on Charter Review to review and coordinate all matter related to the City’s Charter document. 2. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to re-refer all current and pending files related to Charter reform to the new Ad Hoc Committee. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
