(15) 26-0579 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to processing a Revocable Permit (R Permit) issued to Jazmine Garcia Delgadillo at 4108 Supreme Court, to allow the conditional encroachment of a retaining wall within the public right-of-way. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Jurado - Hutt): INSTRUCT the Bureau of Engineering to process an R Permit issued to Jazmine Garcia Delgadillo at 4108 Supreme Court, subject to satisfaction of the conditions for issuing such permit, to allow the conditional encroachment of a retaining wall within the public right-of- way, where such encroachment is necessary to address an existing structural failure and associated public safety concerns. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
