19. Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 Approval - Los Angeles Affordable Housing Solutions Consortium Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving, solely for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the issuance by the Los Angeles Affordable Housing Solutions Consortium of tax-exempt bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $100,000,000 to finance certain multifamily rental housing projects located in the County and identified in the resolution.
