5. Montebello Library Revitalization Project Recommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Suspend Section 22.1 of the Rules of the Board for the limited purpose of considering this motion. Approve the Montebello Library Revitalization Project (Project) and funding of $882,500 in First Supervisorial District Library Utility User Tax funds. Authorize the County Librarian to execute the Project on behalf of the County using a Board-approved Job Order Contract (JOC), to issue a JOC Work Order Authorization in excess of $330,000, and to take actions necessary to implement the work; and authorize the County Librarian, to approve and accept the Project at completion on behalf of the County. Find that the proposed actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. (26-5025)
