13. Memorandum of Understanding with Los Angeles County Fair Association to Collaborate on the Fairplex Specific Plan and Potential Redevelopment of the Fairplex Property Recommendation: Approve and direct the Chief Executive Officer to execute a proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Los Angeles County Fair Association to collaborate on the revisioning and potential redevelopment of the Fairplex located at 1101 West McKinley Avenue, Pomona, and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to take all further actions necessary and appropriate to implement the terms and conditions of the proposed MOU, including executing amendments to the proposed MOU. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute any other ancillary documentation necessary to effectuate the terms of the proposed MOU and to take actions necessary and appropriate to implement the proposed MOU. Find that the approval of the proposed MOU does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality Act. (Supervisorial District 1) (26-4733)
