6. 26-55732 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary subsequent amendments, with LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc., of Alpharetta, GA, to provide an investigative software platform, Accurint for Government, for use in conducting program participant and property verification services, in an annual amount of $9,000; and Authorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of $1,800, for a total annual contract amount of $10,800, for a period of one year, with the option to renew for one additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager.
