F. Adoption of a Resolution Approving Final Parcel Map for the Subdivision of 2423 18th Street to
Create Two Residential Parcels
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council take following actions:
1. Adopt a finding of Statutory Exemption (Approval of Final Subdivision Map) pursuant to
Section 15268(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act; and
2. Adopt the attached resolution approving Final Parcel Map No. 84797 for the property
located at 2423 18th Street to create two residential parcels.
