8.7 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2023-05, LEFFINGWELL ROAD LANDSCAPE AND MEDIAN IMPROVEMENTS FROM TELEGRAPH ROAD TO STAMY ROAD – FINDING THAT PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970, THE PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 15301 CLASS 1 (C), APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND APPROVAL OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES – It is recommended the City Council find that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the project is categorically exempt under Section 15301, Class 1 (c) and will have no significant adverse effect on the environment; approve the plans and specifications for Capital Improvement Project No. 2023-05, Leffingwell Road Landscape and Median Improvements from Telegraph Road to Stamy Road; approve the Cooperative Agreement with the County of Los Angeles; authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids. 8.7 CIP No. 23-05 Leffingwell Road Landscape
