9.3 RESOLUTION NO. 26-24 APPOINTING A MEMBER AND ALTERNATE TO THE LOS
ANGELES GATEWAY REGION INTEGRATED REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT
JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY GOVERNING BOARD – It is recommended the City
Council adopt Resolution No. 26-24 appointing Public Works Director Marlin Munoz as
the primary board member and Senior Administrative Analyst Priscilla Lee as the
Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers Authority.
