8.8 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2025-04, WINDERMERE AND
GARDENHILL FLOORING REPLACEMENT AND INTERIOR PAINTING –
ACCEPTANCE OF WORK – It is recommended the City Council accept the
improvements constructed by Lawrence W. Rosine Co.; authorize the City Clerk to file
a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder; and authorize payment of retention
monies pursuant to the contract.
