3. CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK’S\nFISCAL YEAR 2023-24 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Conduct a public hearing; and\n2. Take public testimony; and\n3. Adopt the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan; and\nD. Authorize City Manager to prorate allocations to projects and programs with FY\n2023-2024 CDBG and HOME entitlement allocations; and\nE. Authorize City Manager to execute all required documents for transmittal to the\nU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD); and\nF. Amend the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget in accordance with the approved Fiscal\nYear 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan.
