ACCEPTANCE OF STATE FUNDING FROM THE CANNABIS TAX FUND GRANT PROGRAM 1) Accept a grant award from the State of California - Department of California Highway Patrol in the amount of $117,886 to purchase a DUI/DUID enforcement vehicle and conduct various selective traffic 2) Increase the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget by $117,886 to account for these revenues and accompanying expenditures.
