5. APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MIG CONSULTING FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE PARKS AND OPEN SPACE 10 YEAR MASTER PLAN 1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. Consulting to develop a Parks and Open Space Master Plan; and, 2. Authorize the Mayor, or her designee, to execute the Professional Services Agreement with MIG Consulting in the amount of $220,258, including any non substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the authorized amount of $220,258.
