6. AGREEMENT WITH SHARP PERFORMANCE TO PROVIDE WELLNESS AND COACHING SERVICES TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT 1. Approve a Service Agreement with Sharp Performance to provide wellness and coaching to the Police Department for a three-year term, beginning August 11, 2026, for a total amount of $166,050, paid in three annual increments of $55,350; 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement with Sharp Performance; and, 3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee to execute any amendments to the agreement as deemed necessary.
