That the City Council:
Approve a street closure for the I Love Downey Festival, which will occur on Downey Avenue and 3rd
Street between the following intersections:
Downey Avenue from 2nd Street to 4th Street
3rd Street @ La Reina Avenue
3rd Street to end of south parking lot entrance to US Bank
