Multi-Year Contract and Approve Plans & Specifications
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:
1. Approve Plans and Specifications for Slurry 2025 (Various Locations) Multi-Year
Contract, Bid No. 006-27; and
2. Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, American Asphalt
South, Inc. (AASI), in the amount of $1,184,333.33.
