5. Acceptance of the Council Chambers Video Management System Upgrades Project
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council:
1. Accepts the Council Chambers Video Management System Upgrades Project as
completed by EIDIM Group Inc. DBA EIDIM AV Technology (EIDIM); and
2. Authorizes the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release all bonds
in accordance with the contract terms.
