5. RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2023-24 FUNDED BY SENATE BILL 1 THE ROAD REPAIR AND\nACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1.
