15. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4575 WITH URBAN FUTURES, INC TO PROVIDE
CONTINUING DISCLOSURE SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4575 with Urban Futures, Inc. (UFI) in an amount not to
exceed $61,500 ($20,500 annually); and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and
3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
