28. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4218 WITH GOVERNMENTJOBS, INC., FOR HUMAN
RESOURCES INFORMATION SOFTWARE SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4218 with GovernmentJobs, Inc. (NEOGOV) to increase
the total not-to-exceed amount by an additional $90,316, to add additional services for human resources
information software services; and
Montebello; and
3. Take such additional, related action as may be desirable.
