16. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NOS. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4142 ACRO PRINTING, INC., AGREEMENT NO. 4143 WITH ARTE PRINTING AND AGREEMENT NO. 4145 WITH THE SAUCE CREATIVE SERVICES FOR PRINTING, GRAPHIC DESIGN, AND MAILING SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 4142 with Acro Printing, Inc.; and 2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 4143 with Arte Printing; and 3. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 4145 with The Sauce Creative Services; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendments, extending the term of the agreements to June 30, 2028; and 5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
