SOFTWARE SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize the purchase of cybersecurity software services from Darktrace Holdings Ltd in an amount not-
to-exceed $53,261 for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and
2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
