7. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4347 BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4347 (Los Angeles County Agreement HI-2025-009) with the County of Los Angeles’ Chief Executive Office (CEO) to accept Measure A funding in the amount of $531,574 for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and, 2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget by increasing appropriations by $531,574 in Account No. 261- 85-867-6040.95 (Measure A - LA County Homeless, Fire, Measure A - LA County Homeless, Other Professional Services [expenditures]), and $531,574 in Account No. 261-99-4198.28 (Measure A - LA County Homeless, Miscellaneous - Measure A - LA County Homeless [revenue]); and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
