8. AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON (SCE) SECONDARY LAND USE
INTAKE FORM FOR PROPOSED WALKING AND BIKING PATH IMPROVEMENTS ON SCE PROPERTY
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize staff to submit a Southern California Edison (SCE) Secondary Land Use Intake Form for the
use of SCE-owned property for the development of a walking and biking path with associated xeriscape
landscaping; and
2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary documents related to the submission;
and
3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
