21. APPROVE BLANKET PURCHASE ORDERS WITH AMAZON, COSTCO, OFFICE DEPOT, AND STAPLES FOR OFFICE SUPPLIES, RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a blanket purchase order with Amazon for purchases of products and services for a not-to- exceed amount of $300,000; and 2. Approve a blanket purchase order with Costco for purchases of products and services for a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000; and 3. Approve a blanket purchase order with Office Depot for office supplies, products and related services for a not-to-exceed amount of $30,000; and 4. Approve a blanket purchase order with Staples for office supplies, products and related solutions for a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000; and 5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
